GK Construction was founded in 2019 by G. Karthikeyan, who built the studio around two simple rules: pour what you said you'd pour, and finish on the date you signed for.
Six years and 120+ delivered projects later, the team has become known for resort-style residences — homes that bring children's terrace pools, open showers and terrace gardens inside the walls, so the family never has to leave for a holiday.

We are now expanding into interior design for hotels, educational institutions and shops, and we are proud to offer ready-to-build houses for clients looking to start their construction journey quickly and efficiently.
